  1. You need 750 g of mince.
  2. Get 2 cloves of garlic crushed.
  3. Use 1 of white onion diced.
  4. You need 1 of red pepper chopped.
  5. Take 1 of yellow pepper chopped.
  6. Get 1 of courgette chopped.
  7. Use 150 g of mushrooms chopped.
  8. Prepare 1 of Aubergine chopped.
  9. Prepare 1 tin of chopped tomatoes.
  10. Provide 1 of dolmio jar lasagne sauce.
  11. Use 1 of dolmio jar cheese sauce.
  12. Use 6-8 of dried lasagne sheets.

Instructions to make Lasagne:

  1. Heat oven to 180°C and Cut all veg same size.
  2. Fry onion, garlic and mince until browned.

  4. Once cooked through and veg has a slight bite to it transfer half of it to an oven proof dish and layer lasagne sheets, cheese sauce, mince, lasagne sheets, cheese sauce and top with grated parmesan. Cook for 30-45 mins until bubbly serve with garlic bread..
